  • Beginners?

    All you need is the desire to dance... we’ll do the rest.

    You don’t even need a partner. Come in for a private class and we'll get you up on the dance floor on your very first lesson.

  • Dance Classes

    We offer private and group classes for all levels in both our Derby and Weston studios. Group lessons are an effective and affordable way to learn basic dance steps and rhythms. They also provide valuable experience by dancing with a variety of partners.

  • Parties

    This is a great way to meet new people, get some exercise and practice your dancing. All levels of dancers are welcome... from absolute beginner to advanced. You will want to wear ballroom dance shoes or jazz shoes and clothes that are easy to move in. You don’t need to come with a partner... most people come on their own and dance with everyone. There are instructors at every party to help you with your dancing at whatever level that is. We invite you to come and have a lot of fun. The cost is: $12 for two hours of dancing.

     

  • Workshops

    Workshops are a great way to sharpen your skills in a particular dance. No partner needed. We list these events on our website, but you can also contact us for more information.

  • Dance At Your Wedding

    We offer private classes for couples wanting to learn to dance; and/or create a specially choreographed dance for their wedding.

  • Kids/Teens Program

    We offer classes for kids and teens at both our Derby and Fairfield studios.
