Winter brings beautiful snowfall and evenings by the fire, but it also means shorter days and cold temperatures which can make it hard to stay active. Our favorite way to beat the winter blues is–you guessed it–dancing! Practicing steps and patterns keeps you mentally sharp, both fast and slow dances are great physical exercise and staying socially active can help ward off depression and even dementia later in life.
